I grew up on an island in the south east part of Alaska in a very, very small town. In 2005 I moved from my teeny tiny town to Seattle, Washington and attended the Art Institute of Seattle where I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts and Animation in June of 2009. I am currently doing absolutely nothing with my degree, which is mildly disappointing, BUT whatever. At least I got some friends out of the experience!

I like to say that I have to enjoy how the music sounds. I almost never hear lyrics, so I listen to a lot of straight instrumental music and also a bunch of music in other languages. One thing I am not a huge fan of though is discordant music: noodle jazz, some types of punk, some death metal, some rap... Just stuff that is all over the place. I need a redeeming quality to the music, a nice beat, a good melody, nice vocals, SOMETHING.
